MONDAYS Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with MONDAYS. We know you are excited to receive your order, and we are working hard to get it to you as quickly as possible.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Fridays will likely be processed the following Monday.
2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
3. Damages and Issues
MONDAYS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
However, we want you to have a great experience. If your package is lost or damaged, please email us at evan@chewmondays.com with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you.
4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
